Tim is the Executive Director of the Co-operative Housing Federation of Canada (CHF Canada), the national body representing more than 1,000 housing co-operatives and over 250,000 people. He is a leading voice in the sector and works to advance affordable housing through collaboration, including with organisations such as the Canadian Housing and Renewal Association.

At the conference, Tim will share insights into working with the Canadian federal government, which is investing $1.5 billion through the Co-operative Housing Development Program (CHDP) to support the delivery of thousands of new affordable rental co-op homes. Co-designed with the sector, the program offers forgivable and low-interest loans to help create long-term affordable and secure housing.
