A few times a year, CEHL takes some of the team – including staff and board members – on tours of its development sites and established homes. These visits offer valuable insights into the housing CEHL provides to its renters and co-op members.
During these tours, the CEHL tour has the privilege of speaking directly with co-op members and experiencing firsthand how the work CEHL does impacts their lives. CEHL team members – particularly those new to CEHL – find these incredibly beneficial, not only for deepening their understanding of CEHL housing, but also for strengthening with the board and each other.
