Toronto is set to build one of Ontario’s largest affordable housing projects in 25 years, forming the province’s largest co-operative development.
The project, facilitated by the Housing Now Initiative, will deliver approximately 918 homes, including 612 rent-geared-to-income (RGI) and market rent-controlled co-operative homes.
