This national Summit brings together leaders and stakeholders from government, housing, finance, and the co-operative housing sector to explore how co-operative housing can be a key component to solving Australia’s housing affordability crisis.
Building on the success of the Melbourne 2025 and Adelaide 2024 ACHA Co-op Housing Summits, 2026 will feature a compelling mix of international thought leaders, national advocates and industry experts, and lived experience insights from across the Co-operative Housing sector.
The 2026 Summit will show-case the innovation and impact this critical sector delivers and how, with the right investment it can be a driver of change within the Australian housing landscape. Far from blue sky visioning, the Summit will present practical action and achievable goals that will progress the Co-operative Housing solution in Australia.
